A survey by Royal London has found that people find slang used in common language for money as much as they do financial industry terminology.
In their recent survey, 71% of people undertood the term "bread" for money. 70% understood "dough" but only 34% understood "wonga".
This compares to industry terms such as ISAs where 77% new what they were.
Our view
An interesting survey - but a complete waste of money!!
