Bradford And Bingley No Investigation.

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has refused to make public the information contained in reports into the failure of Bradford & Bingley and other firms that collapsed in the 2008 crisis.

According to FSA chairman Adair Turner, public information reports on these institutions should not be published because a bank failure does not in itself constitute a regulatory failure.
