Bankers Overpaid RBS

According to Sir Philip Hampton, Chairman of Royal Bank of Scotland, huge numbers of bankers are getting paid above average pay.  

Meanwhile, the banks must be allowed to fail without taxpayers paying the bill, according to Paul Tucker, deputy governor of the Bank of England who believes the failings in the current banking system was that the bankers had got wealthy in the boom years, while the cost of their failures had been offloaded onto the taxpayer.
