Our View
Norwich Union is a huge company and people are bound to try it on occasionally to see what they can get away with. Norwich Union has acted professionally and taken the correct actions regarding the suspected problems. By being open and confirming that this is an isolated incident with policyholders being unaffected, should put peoples' minds at rest.
