Affordable Housing Cuts

One of the expected victims of the government spending cuts is the development of affordable housing.
The National Housing Federation claims that affordable house building will fall by 65% in the coming year, the lowest amount for 20 years.
They also said that private house building is likely to fall to around 100,000, which is the lowest level for a century.
