This is where you want whole of market pension scheme research and market comparisons to secure a superior pension scheme (when compared to the minimum workplace pension standards) with potentially lower charges for employees, wider fund choices, wider retirement options and still comply with the minimum auto-enrolment requirements in addition to opting for wider salary definitions, larger contributions.

To make recommendations for set up of a new pension scheme.  To take into account your requirement for employee pensions in a compliant manner and other requirements you may have.  To provide you with a report containing my full recommendations, together with reasons for those recommendations and all administration for application to establishment of the new pension scheme.

We will establish your company pension scheme with the selected pension scheme provider to also comply with auto-enrolment minimum requirements.  Register you as an employer, establish employee types (if you wish to establish bands where different senior/different employee types have different contribution levels, help with letters/notification announcement for employees, work with you until the first monthly run is completed.

What's included? This service INCLUDES advice for employers plus consultations or presentations for both employers and employees.  As well as the administrative/compliance service to set the scheme up, it also includes focussed advice for the employer and group presentations and/or indvidual consultations for employees in addition to member 'joiners packs'.

Non Face to Face Options: Group presentation and/or consultations will be done via video link or telephone.

Fees are made up of two parts to make up the total fee:

  1. Core Fixed Fee Element - this is a fixed, flat fee per review.  There are core elements that we do when setting up all workplace pensions such as ' factfinding' i.e.  leaning about your business, its financial position, your requirements, your objectives, your financial knowledge and experience.  Whether you have 2 employees or 50 employees, the same 'timed core work' and set up is required.  Up to 25% discounts apply when selecting Non Face to Face/Remote services and/or Paid Upfront.
  2. Fee Per Employee Element – this is a 'one off' fee based upon the number of employees that the scheme will enroll.  It is representative of the work that we do for you.  E.g.  If you have 50 employees, this is 25 X the work of schemes with just 2 employees, hence a proportionate charge for this.
  3. These are 'ONE OFF' fees.  There is NO ONGOING % adviser charge paid to us unless you require ongoing service.
