In the East Midlands is Leicester was the most popular, the South West saw Bristol as the top location and in Scotland the most popular location is Midlothian.
North West England, Oldham being the hotspot and first time buyers mostly searches for a 2 bed terrace priced around £120,000 requiring a deposit of £18,000 and having an income of £22,667.
Yorkshire and the Humber will get you a 3 bed semi detached property priced at £110,000 in Bradford requiring a deposit of £16,000 and an income of £20,778.
