Marginal Boost for House Price Growth In November

House prices moved slightly up by 0.5% month-on-month in November 2019. According to the latest Nationwide property prices index.
The average house price £215,734 which is up slightly from September’s figure of £215,368.
The annual house price growth has been below 1% for the last 12 months.

There has been no real shift in house prices for over a year now. It is inevitable with Brexit uncertainty that potential house movers, buyers and sellers are holding back until an outcome is known.
