Reminder about your VAT returns and the Making Tax Digital deadline that starts 01/04/2019.
- For Tax Year 2018/19 the VAT Threshold = £85,000.
- From 01/04/2019 you cannot submit VAT returns using HMRC online.
- You must use an approved/HMRC certified book keeping solution.
- This means that if your last VAT quarter was December 2018, your next VAT return is due after 01/04/2019.
i.e. YOU MUST USE AN APPROVED BUSINESS ACCOUNTING SOLUTION TO FILE YOUR RETURNS DIGITALLY.
