Capital Gains Tax On Your Main Residential Home?

It has been rumoured that Boris Johnson may change stamp duty to be paid by the seller rather than the purchaser of a property.

This is capital gains tax or a wealth tax on your main residential home in all but name.

This cost will likely be passed on by pushing house prices up.

Or does Boris want property prices to be maintained/propped up?
