Divorce advice and expert help, welcome to the  Divorce Adviser .com

Divorce is all too common in this country.  If you have not or are not involved in a divorce then you probably know somebody that has experienced this difficult process.

The United Kingdom has one of the highest divorce rates in Europe with nearly 200,000 divorces per annum.  Approximately one in three marriages ends in divorce.

This Divorce Advice site does not provide all the answers to divorce.  We always recommend that you seek professional legal help.  We do however hope that it gives some guidance and help those who are in the unfortunate position of marriage breakdown and divorce.

You may not be aware that you may be entitled to a share of your former partner's pension.  You may not be aware that if you live in England, you need permission to take your children to Scotland!  All this and much more in Divorce Adviser.com.

New CSA Assessment Rules Started on 3 March 2003.  Find out more.

The site is designed to provide people with an information point to find out the basics and provide a window to obtain more in depth legal help if you need it.  Separation and divorce can, at times, be extremely difficult for all parties, particularly children

We hope these divorce advice pages are of help to both our clients and their families alike.  They have been written by us with the help of a leading e-lawyer to try and give assistance and help when perhaps it is needed most.  Alternatively, you may be involved in an amicable divorce.

If this is the case then there is even help for people who wish pursue a "Do It Yourself" divorce.
