Crowd Funding solutions will become permissible investments inside an ISA, so called Innovative Finance ISA.

Crowd funding is where people lend money to businesses seeking finance.  These have become very popular for investors as it cuts out the ‘middleman’ i.e.  the bank, by lending directly, along with other investors to developing businesses.

It is a ‘win win’ situation, investors receive a significant proportion of the interest charged on the loan and borrowers can show case their business ideas and secure finance quickly.
